Star Manufacturing was founded in Seguin, TX in 1997 as a stampings supplier to the personal computer industry.  Since then, we have grown our capabilities to include fabrication, machining, welding, powder coating, and electropolishing.  Star is locally owned and operated, and we are pleased to have long-term partnerships with our many local and global customers.

Star’s team will work with yours during new product development to create a high-quality, cost-effective design. Star can utilize your CAD files and specifications in order to speed up your first shipment.  We are ISO 9001:2015 certified for our quality systems in place, which leads to lower rework costs and higher customer satisfaction. 

Star operates two company-owned facilities totaling 52,000 square feet in Seguin and New Braunfels, Texas (near San Antonio).  Our latest expansion was completed in 2024, adding 5700 sqft of space for CNC Machining.
